Fill out an Employee Information Form. Ask the office assistant
in SAC Room 1221 for a copy.

Complete the following forms at the Personnel Office (College
Hall, Room 106):
- IRS Form W-4
- State/Local Tax Exemption forms
- INS I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form
- you need to bring two forms of legal
identification, preferably:
- Social Security card
- a valid state driver's license
- a valid passport

Begin reading the orientation section of our TIP Staff Manual,
which is located at
my.gallaudet.edu. Log-in with your user name (firstname.lastname)
and password, then click on TIP Training under "My Organizations."
Click on Assignments, read the manual and take the quizzes.

Have a picture taken of yourself for the TIP Who's Who picture
board. See Rhonda Madden (Room 1232) or Kent Babson (Room 1228).
